Build is a largely project based club. Like yearbook and robotics, we work together as a huge team to publish real products. At the end of each semester, we would have published 2 or more polished products. Within the build team, we have three divisions: arts, coding, and business. Our arts team will work on graphic and interface designs. Our coding team will work on making the applications work. Our business team will work on advertisement and marketing.
We have experts in every field of coding--Web designers and back end programmers, iOS developers, and Android developers. These coders can help you in every aspect of your project, from user interfaces to processing data.
A huge part of creating a product is the design and aesthetics. A product can have the best functionality in the world, but if the UI/aesthetics aren’t good, people won’t want to use it. We’ll teach you how to make attractive products that will make using your product fun.
A huge part of getting a successful product is public outreach. In Build, we’ll be teaching you exactly how to get your product to the masses and make it popular. We’ll teach you all about public speaking and key points to mention about your product in pitches.
